Hosting

This site is hosted by Railway (Railway Corp., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA) and runs in Railway’s EU region. When you visit the site, Railway automatically records server log data: your IP address, the page requested, browser type and time. This data is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, and is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure and stable service). Railway keeps these logs for up to 30 days and then deletes them.

Railway processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). As Railway is based in the USA, data may be transferred there; this transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). For details, see Railway’s privacy policy.

This site does not use cookies or any other local storage mechanisms.

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to answer you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed, unless we are required by law to keep them.

Links to other sites

This site links to other sites, such as X and networked.art, but embeds nothing from them: no data is sent to them until you follow a link. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Your rights
